1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Umara Music Academy website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Enrollment & Registration

• All information provided during enrollment must be accurate and complete.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for students under 18 years of age.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of applicable fees.
• The academy reserves the right to refuse enrollment at its discretion.

3. Fees & Payment

• Course fees must be paid in full before the program commencement.
• Monthly choir club fees are due at the beginning of each month.
• Late payments may incur additional charges.
• The academy reserves the right to modify fees with prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

Course fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 14 days prior written notice.

5. Attendance Policy

• Regular attendance is mandatory for optimal progress.
• Missed classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
• Extended absence (more than 3 consecutive sessions) requires prior notification.
• Students with less than 70% attendance may not be eligible for certification.

6. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect.
• Arrive on time for all sessions.
• Follow instructions from faculty members.
• Maintain discipline during classes and performances.

7. Media & Photography

By enrolling, you grant Umara Music Academy permission to use photographs and videos of students taken during classes, performances, and events for promotional purposes, including the website, social media, and marketing materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

Umara Music Academy shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during academy activities. Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for their children while on academy premises.

9. Changes to Terms

The academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
